Pamela Ryczko B.Sc, CAT(C), RMT, CSCS

Hi there! My name is Pam and I am the owner of Delta Athletic Therapy and Training! I graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelor of science in 2015 and became a Certified Athletic Therapist in 2016. Later that year, I also received my certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist with my knowledge and focus on sport specific rehabilitation!

In 2017, I started this practice at the Canadian Mennonite University as I saw an opportunity to help our athletes who lived on Campus and didn't have an opportunity to seek out treatment for their injuries. That same year, I also received my diploma in Massage Therapy and graduated from the Evolve College of Massage Therapy in 2018.

Since becoming Certified in Athletic Therapy, I have worked with a variety of different sporting programs and educational institutions. I have taught the Sports Injuries Lab at the Evolve college of Massage Therapy from 2017- 2021, Rehabilitation of Upper and Lower Body Injuries at the University of Winnipeg from 2017- 2019 and currently a Field Practicum Supervisor with the University of Winnipeg Athletic Therapy program that started in 2017.

My passion involves working with Sporting organizations and I have been involved with the Canadian Mennonite University since 2016 season. I also started working with the Manitoba Wombat Rugby Club while I was a student in 2014 and continue to work with them. Other programs I have also assisted with were the Brumbies Rugby Club from 2019- 2023, Senior Men's Provincial Rugby, as well as our U16 and U18, Men's and Women's, Rugby programs while I was the Athletic Therapy coordinator with Rugby Manitoba.

Jordan Warren B.Sc, CAT(C)

Hi there, my name is Jordan Warren.

I graduated from the University of Winnipeg in 2021 and Certified the same year as an Athletic Therapist.

I have been passionate about getting into the rehab realm since I was in grade 7. That’s when the injuries started to pile up but it sparked a curiosity that lead me down a path of lifelong learning.

As an Athletic Therapist I work on the sidelines for many different sports teams, mostly rugby and soccer. Being there from the moment you get hurt, to the moment you're back playing, and helping you through the process is what I love about what I do.

I am also currently finishing up my certification in Massage Therapy. This will allow me to take a more full body and holistic approach to health and performance, allowing me to help you to get back to what you love.
